Joshua Eisenberg, Founder

Joshua Eisenberg is a multidisciplined financial professional with a strong focus in real estate. He has been involved in the acquisition, management, and resolution of over $1 billion in real estate transactions in multiple asset types, including multifamily, office, retail, development, and distressed assets nationwide. Joshua has structured and sponsored real estate investments and achieved above-market returns on behalf of investors and has built start-up companies to profitability.

In 2018, Joshua sold his real estate portfolio under management and shifted his focus to consulting and financial planning services. Consulting clients have included real estate companies, high net worth families, working professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs. Joshua’s significant experience and affiliate professional network have generated an ability to problem solve and add value in many capacities.

Joshua received an undergraduate degree from Brown University in 2000 with a concentration in Russian Language and Literature, his MBA in International finance from Brandeis University in 2008, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification in 2017. Joshua lived abroad in Europe and Israel for approximately 5 years and has lived in worked in the Greater New York area since 2008.
